Member Survey
During the coming weeks, Nicole Solomatenko, our Member Services Coordinator, will be reaching out to all BIA members (property and business owners, or a representative) to participate in a short survey. We are conducting this survey in order to update your business listings on our new website, and get a better understanding of member engagement and satisfaction. Nicole will attempt to connect in person by dropping in to your business, setting up an appointment, calling or emailing.
Survey results will be used for for three purposes:
To ensure your business details are up to date on our new website
To identify members who need more information about the BIA or would like to get more involved
To improve our member relationships and communication
What's in it for you?
The Downtown Kingston BIA social media audience is over 52K. Our job is to tell the story of Downtown Kingston experience to our visitors. We want to make sure you and your business are a part of that story, and that we are accurately representing you.
