Born and raised in Kingston, I have worked at Leon's Centre since its opening day in 2008. In 2010, I started working in a full-time capacity, and have continued since then in various roles until taking over as General Manager in late 2021.

I am a long-time and still active sailing enthusiast, and both my professional and personal life are deeply involved in collaborative teamwork efforts. I'm always working to learn and expand my understanding of things, which leads me to be focused on finding the right solution to a problem by bringing together all the information necessary for consideration.

I think what makes a vibrant downtown is to have a daytime where retail and hospitality can thrive with locals supporting and frequenting their businesses, and a nightlife where activities exist to support and grow a larger social community for all types of user groups. Growing both would require gaining a better understanding of the broader membership, their goals and needs, and developing opportunities to support both the daytime traffic and the nighttime activities that make the most sense for everyone involved.
