I am honoured to be serving you as your Executive Director

Hello! I am honoured to be serving you as the Executive Director of Downtown Kingston – arguably one of the most envied historic downtowns in Ontario.

I come from Belleville, Ontario, where I was the Executive Director of the Downtown District BIA in 2019-2021. Previous to that, I was an entrepreneur, offering marketing services to small to medium-sized businesses throughout Northumberland, Quinte, and beyond. I got great joy from helping business owners and entrepreneurs embrace the digital world, empowering them to reach their customer base using a layered marketing approach as a part of their strategy.

For most of my adult career, though, I was fortunate to work in the Marketing Department at Ste. Anne’s Spa, in Northumberland, Ontario. It was there that I fell in love with the art of communication, community building, and destination tourism.

Both the staff and myself are aware that this unprecedented time in history has been, and still is, an incredibly challenging and painful time for small businesses. We are dedicated to doing the best we can to support each of you.
