  • Naloxone Training: Lifesaving Intervention for Opioid Overdose

    This essential training session equips you and your staff with the knowledge and skills to administer naloxone, a medication that temporarily reverses the effects of opioid overdose. Through hands-on instruction, participants will learn: the basics of naloxone and its role in preventing opioid fatalities, how to identify and respond to an opiod overdose, and proper administration techniques and safety precautions.

  • De-escalation Training: Enhancing Communication and Conflict Resolution Skills

    This interactive training session focuses on developing effective de-escalation techniques to promote peaceful communication and conflict resolution. Participants will learn: strategies for recognizing and addressing escalating behavior, verbal and nonverbal communication techniques to defuse tense situations, techniques for self-regulation and maintaining personal safety.

    We offer two training options: a comprehensive 8-hour workshop or a condensed, truncated version, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your team's needs and schedule.
