700 business and property owners within the geographic boundaries of Downtown Kingston BIA contribute to a bustling, walkable hub weaving a rich tapestry of experiences, inviting residents and visitors to explore the best of culture, cuisine, commerce, and community spirit.

There are nearly 800 on-street spaces in the BIA boundary and nearly 1300 spaces in the surrounding public lots. City of Kingston lots and privately owned lots also offer monthly parking at reasonable rates within the downtown core area.
Parking in general is a touchy subject in any downtown. Downtown Kingston is no exception. Parking for people who work downtown is a necessary part of running a business in the core.
