What to expect when you call:
During the day– this will go through to customer service and will be distributed to Public Works staff through our CRM system. This ensures proper follow through and proper routing to the applicable staff.
In later afternoons, evenings, and weekends – this will go through to Alliance (our answering service).Please ensure you outline your issue to Alliance.
For Public Works Emergencies and let them know it is an emergency and that you require assistance quickly.
